Philip L. Faccenda, Esq. is a civil litigation attorney concentrating in the representation of victims of legal malpractice, the seriously injured and disabled, as well as victims of wrongful death. He graduated law school with the degree of Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley Law Center in 1974, was admitted that year to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and to the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 1975. He is admitted to practice before all Federal and State courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

The Faccenda Law Firm concentrates in representing persons who have suffered serious personal injuries, wrongful death, or become disabled from work injuries, car or truck crashes, nursing home abuse and neglect, trip/slip/fall injuries, and construction site accidents. The Firm concentrates in representing people who have been injured or killed in such types of matters, and others who have become victims to legal malpractice at the hands of the lawyers they depended on for help.

In this regard, Phil Faccenda has been Certified since 1983 as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Board of Trial Certification1. He is a member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, the National Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
